Return Policy

We here at Cleanguards.com do our best to make your shopping experience as seamless and painless as possible. This includes the return process. Cleanguards.com allows you to return merchandise up to 15 days from receipt of your products. Products must be in 100% re-sellable condition and in their original packaging. If you purchased a clearance or discontinued item, we do not accept returns of those; however, if the item was defective or damaged, we will refund your purchase. All PPE Products (Disposable Gloves, Testing Kits, Face Masks,Gas Masks) are NON-RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE. If you need to return a product either call 1-310-970-5315or email customer service team at hello@cleanguards.com If your order qualifies for return, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, as well as information on the additional steps in the return process. Customer is responsible to ship the retuned products back to our warehouse.

Is there a restocking fee?
We do not charge a re-stocking fee on a majority of our products; however, up to a 25% restocking fee can be charged on some products.
If a restocking fee applies, you will be notified when your RA# is issued.

When will my account be credited?

Refunds will be issued after the warehouse has received and inspected the returned items to make sure they are in re-sellable condition.

What if the products arrive damaged?

If your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record. Also save the shipping cartons, product boxes, and remaining product, and contact us as soon as possible Damage claims must be reported to orders@cleanguards.com within 10 days of receipt. You may either call 1-310-933-6193 or email customer service at hello@cleanguards.com Our service team will work with you to replace the damaged goods at no cost or further inconvenience to you.

Are there any products that cannot be returned?

Although most items may be returned, there are exceptions. These items, for example, may not be returned: Face Masks, Nitrile Gloves, Latex Gloves, COVID-19 Test Kits, floor machines, Food Service Disposables (cutlery, cups, plates, compartment trays) vacuums, special order items, consumables (such as food and beverages), dated items (e.g., calendars, planners, etc.), medical products, PPE Products and partial cases.

Cancellations

cleanguards.com uses one of the most efficient and prompt processing systems available for online and phone order completion. Because of this, it is often difficult to cancel an order after it has been placed. Once the order is sent to our warehouse, where it is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel a placed order, please contact our customer service center as soon after placing the order as possible.

LTL/CONTAINER LOAD SHIPMENTS

All rejected shipments will be at the customers expense. Any additional expense that occurs at the time of delivery will be billed to the customer.
